  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground beef

  2. 1 Onion - chopped

  3. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Garlic powder

  4. 2 Tomato sauce - (15 oz ea)

  5. 1 Tomato paste - (6 oz)

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano

  8. 1 Cottage cheese - (12 oz)

  9. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Grated Parmesan cheese

  10. 12 oz 340g Lasagna noodles - uncooked

  11. 12 oz 340g Shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add garlic powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano. Cook long enough to get it warm.

  2. Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the crockpot. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses. Repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all are used up.

  3. Cover crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

  4. This recipe yields 10 servings.
