  1. 1 can salmon

  2. 14 oz drained 1-pound shrimp , chopped

  3. 2 cans crabmeat , drained

  4. 1 garlic clove, minced

  5. 1/4 cup each, diced yellow onion, celery, & bell pepper

  6. 1 green onion chopped or 2 TBSP. chives

  7. 1 TBSP. parsley , chopped fine

  8. 1 egg

  9. 1/2-cup evaporated milk

  10. 1/2 tsp. Tony's or Cajun seasoning

  11. 3 sleeves of Ritz cracker s ground or crushed

  1. In a medium glass bowl, drain, flake & combine all seafood.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, making certain that crackers are ground well Mix well.

  3. Form into ½" patties & pan fry in Crisco shortening over medium heat, 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels & serve hot.
