  1. Lamb Kheema 1/2

  7. Coriander leaves 6-7 sticks finely chopped

  8. Cinnamon 1-2 stick

  9. Cardamom 1-2

  10. Oil 1 tablespoonful

  11. Salt As your taste

  12. Curry masala Ingredients:

  13. Sweet Curd 450 GMS

  14. Coconut crushed 8-10 tablespoonful.

  15. Chironji 3-4 tablespoonful

  16. Almond 10-12

  17. Kaju or Khuskhus Powder 3-4 tablespoonful

  18. Cinnamon 2-3 sticks

  19. Cardamom 1-3

  20. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoonful

  21. Red chili powder 1 tablespoonful

  22. Turmeric power 1/2 tablespoonful

  23. Green Chilli 2-3

  24. Coriander leaves 5-6 sticks finely chopped

  25. Mint leaves 8-10 leaves finely chopped

  26. Salt as your taste

  27. Oil 6-7 tablespoonful

  28. Water 2-3 cup water

  1. Wash kheema and put in the pressure cooker and then put all the ingredients mentioned in kofta ingredients and then add 1 1/2 cup water and then pressure cook it for 10 minutes so that it cook finely.

  2. Now remove the lid and stir with spoon for 2-3 minutes as there is no water in it. Now allow it to cool.

  3. Grind it in grinder to a smooth paste then make it into small balls as you can. Fry it in a non-stick pan with small oil till they become light golden color.

  4. Your fried kofta is ready to take out from non-stick to a plate and keep aside. Be ready to prepare masala for it.

  5. Method to prepare Curry Masala:

  6. First grind coconut, Chironji, Almond, Kaju or Khuskhus in a grinder to a smooth paste. Take out all the paste in a bowl and put all the ingredients of masala in it except oil.

  7. First heat oil in a utensil in which you are going to prepare the curry, let it heat lightly then put all the ingredients into it on a low flame.

  8. Stir the ingredients till it leaves the oil then add curd and again for 2 minutes then add water make it gravy as you require now allow it to cook for 5 minutes on a low flame.

  9. Remove from the flame then put all kofta in it.
