  1. 1 garlic clove finely chopped

  1. In alluminium foil, lightly oil with sesame oil, place salmon fillet into foil, dome the foil up place all ingredients into foil after mixing liquid and solids pinch the aluminium foil closed to ensure steam cannot escape have fan force oven preheated to 145 degrees and cook for roughly 6-7 minutes depending on strength of oven and desired cooking serve with steamed jasmine rice.
