  1. 1 1/2 c Cooked AM Anasazi Beans

  2. -- drained 1 1/2 c Bean juice, water or milk

  3. 1/2 c Molasses or maple syrup

  4. 1 Egg

  5. 1 ts Vanilla

  6. 2 ts Non-alum baking powder

  7. 1 1/2 c AM Whole Wheat Flour

  8. 1/3 c Carob powder

  9. 1/2 ts Cinnamon

  10. 1 pn Nutmeg

  11. 2/3 full. Bake at
