  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Beef - ground or turkey

  2. 1 Garlic - minced

  3. 1 Onion - finely chopped (large)

  4. 1 Green pepper - finely (medium)

  5. ( about 2/3 cup)

  6. 4 tablespoons 60ml Chili powder

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cider vinegar

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Allspice

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Coriander

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt - or to taste

  12. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  13. 1 Canned crushed - tomatoes (16 oz)

  14. 1 -- ¥

  15. 1 Red kidney beans - with liquid.

  16. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Corn - frozen or leftover, or Canned Meatless Version

  17. Omit meat and substitute

  18. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oil

  19. 1 Garbanzo beans - undrained

  20. 1 Pinto beans - undrained

  1. Cook beef, garlic, onion and green pepper in a heavy Skillet over medium high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat. Cook until onion is soft and meat has last its pink color. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat.

  2. Simmer the chili for 45 mins, stirring frequently.
