  3. 1 cup frozen corn, thawed

  4. 1 medium sweet red pepper, coarsely chopped

  5. 1 small red onion, coarsely chopped

  6. 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

  7. 3 garlic cloves, minced

  8. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  9. 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  12. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
