  1. 1 c. water

  2. 1/2 c. butter

  3. 1 1/2 c. bread flour

  4. 1/4 teas. salt

  5. 4 eggs -- Chocolate Dip:

  6. 12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips

  7. 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

  8. 1 12 teas. vanilla

  1. Churros: Place water and butter in a saucepan and allow to boil. Lower the heat and add the bread flour and salt. Stir until the dough forms into a ball. Place the mixture to a bowl and mix with a whisk until there is no more steam. Add eggs one at a time, whisking to incorporate.Don't let eggs curdle. Pipe dough onto a parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.Fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels. You may dust churros with icing, or granulated sugar or Cinnamon. -- Chocolate Dip: In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine syrup, condensed milk, and slat. Cook and stir 12-15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm with churros. Dunk away and enjoy! f
