  1. 1/2 kg. chicken thighs

  2. 1/3 cup water

  3. 1/3 cup MAGGI Oyster Sauce

  4. 1 tbsp. spring onions

  5. 1 tbsp. ginger, sliced thinly in strips

  6. 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

  7. 1 tsp. sesame oil

  8. 1. Marinate chicken thighs in the remaining ingredients for about 4 hours.

  9. 2. Grill in charcoal or on an electric grill. Brush chicken with marinade every once in a while to prevent drying. Serve with favorite pickle and hot rice.
