  1. 2 cups marinated Italian deli salad

  2. 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  3. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

  4. 1/4 cup creamy Italian salad dressing

  5. 2 Hoagie buns, split in half

  6. 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Combine deli salad, olives, and pepperoni in medium bowl. If necessary, stir in creamy Italian salad dressing to moisten.

  2. Set oven control to broil. Place buns, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet and broil 6" from heat about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Spoon deli salad mixture onto buns and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Broil 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and sandwich is hot.
