  1. 16 ounces Yogurt

  2. 1 medium Onion diced finely

  3. 1 medium Cucumber finely grated

  4. Minced garlic to taste

  1. Put yogurt into several layers of cheesecloth in a colander and let drain overnight to thicken.

  2. Mix yogurt, onion, cucumber and if desired, garlic. Let sit several hours and serve with falafels or as a bread or cracker dip.
