  1. 1/4 lb favorite breakfast sausage (about 3 slices)

  2. 3 tablespoons flour

  3. 1 teaspoon salt (as much as you like)

  4. 1 teaspoon pepper

  5. 2 1/2 cups milk

  6. 1 teaspoon bacon grease or 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  1. Fry sausage until golden brown.

  2. Add bacon grease, then flour to the grease and cooked sausage.

  3. Stir until blended.

  4. Cook until raw flavor of the flour cooks out (about 2 or 3 minutes, not too brown though).

  5. Now add your milk.

  6. Stir constantly until desired thickness.

  7. Serve over your favorite biscuits.

  8. Enjoy!
