  1. 1 pound(s) chicken thighs 1 medium onion, chopped 3 large ribs celery w/leaves, chopped 1 sprig(s) each fresh parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme 3 large carrots, sliced 1 medium zucchini, chopped 1 cup(s) brown basmati rice
