  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Apricot jam

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon-style mustard

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cider vinegar

  1. Recipe Instructions In a small bowl, mix well the jam, mustard and vinegar. Grill ham slices over hot coals, brushing with apricot basting sauce occasionally and turning once, until nicely browned, about 8-10 minutes total. Serve immediately.
