  1. 1 lb Medium egg noodles

  2. 1 c Cottage cheese

  3. 1/2 c Sugar

  4. 1/2 c Brown sugar

  5. 1 tb Cinnamon

  6. 6 ea Eggs

  7. 1 c Sour cream

  8. 1 c Raisins

  9. 1/2 c Walnuts or pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Cook noodles until tender, drain.

  3. Beat eggs in large bowl.

  4. Add milk, cheese, sour cream, white sugar and raisins.

  5. Beat together and then add noodles.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Pour into 10 x 14 inch pan.

  8. Mix together brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.

  9. Sprinkle evenly over noodles and bake for 1 hour or until center seems firm.
