  1. 2 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte Italian Style stewed tomatoes, cut into sm. pieces

  2. 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

  3. 4 oz. fresh scallops, cut in half

  4. 8 oz. fresh sm. shrimp, peeled & deveined

  5. About 1 1/2 c. broccoli, cauliflower & ripe olives (mixed, cut into sm. pieces (I stop at the salad bar in the grocery store for this)

  6. Garlic to taste

  1. Put all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a simmer and simmer until seafood is cooked. Serve over thin spaghetti. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
