  2. Title: Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil II

  4. Yield: 4 Servings

  5. 1 lb Linguine

  6. 1/2 c Olive oil

  7. 6 Garlic cloves, chopped

  8. Salt/pepper

  9. 1/4 c Fresh parsley, cut 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

  10. 10 c Water

  11. In a pot big enough to cook the linguine, add olive oil and garlic.

  12. Simmer on low heat. Do not brown. Add water, salt, pepper, and fresh

  13. parsley and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Bring water to boil

  14. and add linguine, cook 12 minutes, remove from heat. Let rest in pot

  15. for 10-15 minutes. (Do not drain pasta.) Using a pasta serving spoon,

  16. remove pasta to soup dish and pour 1/4 c of garlic water over pasta.

  17. Top with parmesan cheese.
