  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Orange blossom honey

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced peeled fresh ginger

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sesame oil

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Red pepper flakes

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Toasted sesame seeds

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, sesame oil and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.) Cover; chill. Just before serving stir in sesame seeds.

  2. This recipe yields about 1/3 cup.
