  2. 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers

  3. 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

  4. 3/4 cup white sugar

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

  1. Warm oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Line miniature muffin tin pan with paper liners.

  3. Place vanilla wafers in plastic bag and gently crush. Once wafers are crumbled, place 1/2 teaspoon of the wafer pieces into each paper cup liner.

  4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until mixture is fluffy.

  5. Place mixture in each of the liner cups until almost to the top.

  6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature and then top with a teaspoonful of your favorite cherry pie filling.
