  1. 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  2. 3/4 lb. ground turkey

  3. 1 onion, chopped

  4. 6 oz. pkg. quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix

  5. 1/2 cup dried cherries

  6. 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

  7. 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet; add ground turkey and onions and cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in water and seasoning packet from rice mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 14-19 minutes until rice is tender and mixture is hot.
