  1. 1/2 pound carrots, shredded

  2. 1/3 cup golden raisins

  3. 1/3 cup plain yogurt

  4. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  5. 1 teaspoon honey Dash ground cinnamon, optional Lettuce leaves

  1. Combine the carrots, raisins, yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and cinnamon if desired in a small bowl. Chill for several hours or overnight. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl. Yield: 2 servings.
