  1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Plain flour

  2. 1 1/3 cups 263g / 9 1/3oz Sugar

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking powder

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cinnamon

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Nutmeg

  7. 1 cup 237ml Orange juice

  8. 1 cup 237ml Oil

  9. 4 Eggs

  10. 1/4 cup 59ml Dark molasses

  11. 1 Golden raisins

  12. 1 Pitted dates

  13. 1/3 lb 151g / 5 1/3oz Whole red and green cherries

  14. 1/3 lb 151g / 5 1/3oz Pineapple (candied)

  15. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Shelled pecans (about 2 cups)

  1. Heat oven to 275F. Line pan with aluminum foil and grease.

  2. Measure all ingredients except fruit and nuts into large bowl.

  3. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat 3 minutes on high speed. Stir in fruit and nuts.

  4. Bake 3 hours or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
