  1. 2 c Flour; all-purpose

  8. 1 lg Banana; mashed (about 2/3c)

  9. Non-stick cooking spray 2 c Powdered sugar

  10. 3 tb Lemon juice

  11. 4 tablespoons margarine. brown sugar and egg in large bowl until blended. Stir in banana. Add flour mixture; stir until well-blended. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray,

  12. 1 inch apart. Bake at

  13. 375 degrees

  14. 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light brown. Remove to wire rack; let cool completely. Beat remaining margarine, powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in small bowl until smooth. adding more lemon juice, if needed. Spread frosting over cooled cookies.
