  1. 2 tbsp. Hawaiian salt

  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  3. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  4. 2 cloves garlic , crushed

  5. 1 ( 1/2 in.) slice ginger , crushed

  6. 1 tbsp. liquid smoke

  7. 1 (4-5 lb.) pork butt Ti or banana leaves

  1. Mix together the salt, soy,Worcestershire, ginger and liquid smoke. Place pork on several ti or banana leaves. Rub seasoning on the pork and let stand for 1 hour. Fold leaves over to wrap pork. Wrap leaf enclosed pork in foil. Place in a baking pan and bake in a 325° oven for 4-5 hours. Unwrap the pork, cool and shred meat.
