  7. 3 pounds boned and skinned chicken breasts -- ground

  8. 1 pound ground veal

  9. 2 whole egg whites

  10. 2 slices bread -- soaked-water or wine

  11. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  12. 1/4 cup Yoshida's gourmet sauce

  13. 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium

  14. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  15. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  16. 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

  17. --Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  18. --Place in loaf pan

  19. 350 for 1 hour

  20. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : **Can add chopped onions as well.

  21. **Can substitute Worcestershire sauce for Yoshida's gourmet sauce.
