  1. 1/3 cup flour

  2. 2 cups chicken broth

  3. 1 can (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup

  4. 3 medium potato es, diced small

  5. 3 cups diced cooked chicken

  6. 1 tablespoon instant onion DUMPLING S:

  7. 2 cups flour

  8. 3 teaspoons baking powder

  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  10. 1 teaspoon each poultry seasoning , instant onion, sesame seed

  11. 1/4 cup oil

  12. 1 cup milk

  13. 3 tablespoons margarine , melted

  14. 3/4 cups fine dry breadcrumb s

  1. In saucepan, blend oil, flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add broth, cooking and stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in next four ingredients. Put in greased 13x9x2 pan and add dumplings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. DUMPLINGS: Mix first four ingredients. Add oil and milk. Stir just until moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoons into mixture of melted margarine and crumbs. Roll to coat. Put on top of chicken caserole before baking.
