  1. 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided

  2. 3/4 cup 1/2 inch thick bread cubes

  3. 453 g canned green beans, drained

  4. 1 tbsp. white vinegar

  5. 1 tsp. minced onion

  6. 1/4 tsp. salt

  7. 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

  1. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large skillet. add bread cubes and cook, stirring, until crisp and golden. Add drained beans to skillet. Stir together vinegar, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, onion and salt. Add to skillet and heat through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parmesan.
