  1. 2 - 13 oz. cans chicken broth (3 1/2 cups)

  2. 1/3 C ketchup

  3. 1 tsp. Italian salad dressing mix (like Good Seasons)

  4. 3 whole fresh tomato es, washed, cored, quartered (peeled and seeded if desired)

  5. 3 fresh carrot s, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces

  6. 3 raw potato es, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces

  7. 2 C fresh broccoli , cleaned and chopped (can use frozen)

  8. 1/4 C onion s, peeled, chopped

  9. 2 Tbsp. dried celery flakes

  10. 3 oz. precooked lean ham , cut into bite-size pieces

  1. In large pot add broth, ketchup, seasonings and vegetables (also ham if using). Bring to boil in covered pot. Reduce heat, simmer covered about 20-30 minutes, or until vegetables are done. Serve with French bread.
