  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Medium white sauce

  2. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Whole kernel corn

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Can salmon - drained, boned and flaked

  4. 1 Tabasco

  5. 1 Unbaked pie crust

  6. 1 Egg yolk lightly beaten

  1. Preheat oven to 425' F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Combine sauce, corn, and Tabasco; turn into pie plate. Cover with pie crust. Make slits in center. Brush with egg yolk .Bake 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 350'. Bake 30 min or to crust flakyand golden.

  2. Notes: I use the Microwave to make the white sauce.
