  1. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

  2. 1 c. butter

  3. 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  4. 1 1/2 c. sugar

  5. 4 eggs

  6. 2 1/4 c. flour

  7. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  8. 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained

  9. 1/2 c. nuts

  1. Blend cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each. Gradually add flour and baking powder. Fold in fruit and nuts. Divide batter between the two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until done. Cool in pans for 5 to 10 minutes.
