  1. 1 (4 lb) whole chickens salt pepper seasoning, what ever you like

  1. Wash and season chicken.

  2. Place in a baking pan sprayed with Pam.

  3. Place chicken breast side down in a 425* preheated oven.

  4. Do not cover it.

  5. Do not open oven door once you put it in!

  6. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  7. Take out of oven and let sit for 10 minutes.

  8. Enjoy! ?
