  1. 9 pounds pork ribs

  2. 1 1/2 cups adobo marinade*

  3. 1/2 cup tomato ketchup

  4. 1/2 cup vinegar

  5. 2 cloves garlic

  6. 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed

  7. 3 tablespoons dried marjoram

  8. 3 tablespoons dried thyme

  1. Mix the adobo marinade, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, thyme and marjoram in a bowl. Reserve half the sauce, and marinate the ribs in the remaining sauce for over two hours, turning frequently. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the ribs in an oven tray and pour some of the sauce on them. Bake for 1 1/2 hours while basting the ribs with the reserved sauce.
