  2. 15 ounce can baked beans

  3. 15 ounce can black beans, drained

  4. 1 cup diced red bell pepper

  5. 1 cup smoked, diced bacon

  6. 1 cup diced onion

  7. 1/2 cup diced celery

  8. 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic

  9. 1 pound thickly sliced smoked sausage links

  10. 1 tsp. dried oregano

  11. 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat the inside of a large baking dish with cooking spray. Stir together baked beans, black beans and bell pepper in a large bowl. Cook bacon in a large pot over medium high heat until just crisp. Add onion, celery and garlic and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir bacon mixture, sliced sausage, oregano and cayenne into the beans. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Bake 1 hour. Serve hot.
