  1. 1 lbs ground beef

  2. 1 lbs Hot sausage

  3. 1 lbs Velveeta cheese , diced

  4. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 tsp oreagano

  6. 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  7. 1/2 tsp salt dash of pepper

  8. 2 loaves party rye bread

  1. Brown the beef and sausage together. Drain. Stir in seasonings and cook 1 minute. Add diced cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. To serve immediately, spread one tablespoon of mixture onto a slice of rye bread. Broil 5-6 minutes, or bake at 375° 10 minutes. To serve later, place tablespoon size balls onto a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, place them into a plastic bag and store in freezer until ready to serve. Place a frozen ball of the mixture onto a slice of rye bread and bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes.
