    6. 1 c Creme Fraiche

    2. Accompanying Champagne: Biltmore Estate Dry * Saga is a semisoft blue veined cheese from Denmark.

    3. Any blue cheese, such as Roquefort, may be substituted.

    4. Pipe a small quantity of the Saga cheese onto the grape halves.

    5. Place the Creme Fraiche in a small bowl in the center of a serving platter.

    6. Arrange the strawberries around it.

    7. Arrange the grape halves around the strawberries.

    8. Creme Fraiche: 2 cups whipping cream 1/2 cup buttermilk Combine the whipping cream and buttermilk in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm (should be less than body temperature).

    9. Place the mixture in a jar, cover, and let it sit at room temperature for between 10 to 12 hours or until thickened.

    10. Store in the refcrigerator where it will keep for up to 2 weeks.
