  2. WILD RICE SPOON BREAD

  7. 1/4 c Corn meal

  8. 2 c Buttermilk

  9. 1 t Salt

  10. 2 Eggs, beaten

  11. 2 tb Butter, melted

  12. 1/2 ts Baking soda

  13. Combine ingredients together and mix to form smooth

  14. batter. Put batter in a greased baking dish and bake

  15. 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
