  1. 1/2 C minced yellow onion

  2. 1 lbs ground beef

  3. 2 cloves minced garlic

  4. 1 15oz can tomato sauce

  5. 1/2 C brown sugar

  6. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  7. 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 tbsp yellow mustard salt and pepper

  1. Add beef and onion to large skillet over medium high heat. Brown meat and discard any excess fat. Reduce heat to medium and add all other ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook at a slow simmer for at least 15 minutes or up to an hour, adding water as needed to maintain sauce consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on buns or rolls.
