  1. 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

  2. 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise

  3. 1 teaspoon ground curry powder

  4. 1 garlic clove , minced

  5. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  6. 1/2 cup finely diced celery

  7. 1 granny smith apple , chopped

  8. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  9. 2 cups diced cooked chicken

  10. 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries

  11. 12 lettuce leaves , any variety you like

  12. 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds, chopped.

  1. Toss together sour cream, mayo, curry powder, garlic and salt.

  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.

  3. Place a small amount in lettuce leaf.

  4. Top with nuts wrap and serve.
