  1. 1 cup(s) bottled lemon or lime vinaigrette

  2. 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce

  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes

  4. 12 large Boston lettuce leaves

  5. 1/2 pound(s) deli roast beef , cut into slivers 1 cup(s) packaged shredded carrots

  6. 1 cup(s) alfalfa sprouts

  1. In small bowl, stir together vinaigrette, soy sauce and crushed red pepper flakes.

  2. Lay 1lettuce leaves, open side up, on work surface. Divided the roast beef evenly and top each with proportionate amount, adding shredded carrots, and alfalfa sprouts also proportionately distributed.

  3. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon dressing on top and roll each leaf up. Use remaining dressing as a dipping sauce for the roll-ups.
