  1. 1 package jiffy yellow cake mix

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 1 package instant pudding mix

  5. 1 cup milk

  6. 4 ounces cream cheese

  7. 1 large can crushed pineapple

  8. 1 large contai whipped topping

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as directed on package using egg and water. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 20 minutes. Mix pudding mix, milk and cream cheese together. Spread over cooled cake. Drain pineapple and spread over pudding mixture. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Chill and serve. Makes 24 pieces.
