  2. 1 large hand parsley

  3. 2 medium scallions -- in

  4. 1" pieces

  5. 3 cups cooked chick peas

  6. 6 tablespoons tahini

  7. 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  8. 1 teaspoon salt -- (to taste) --optional. cayenne and cumin to taste

  1. Preparation : 1. Place garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor or blender and mince.

  2. Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt, and puree to a thick paste.
