  1. 3 oz. Hebrew National Thin Sliced Beef Pastrami

  2. 2 slices Rye Bread

  3. 1 slice Swiss Cheese-Slice

  4. 1/4 cup Sauerkraut

  5. 1 tsp. Salted Butter-Stick

  6. 1 Tbsp. Russian Salad Dressing

  1. Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread. Spread dressing on the other side.

  2. Place buttered side down in a non-stick skillet.

  3. Place pastrami and a slice of cheese on dressing side of bread. Add 1/4 cup of sauerkraut and cover with other slice of bread.

  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted. Serve hot.
