  3. 1 Tbsp olive oil Kosher salt and pepper

  4. 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

  5. 8 slices whole-grain bread

  6. 1/2 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced

  7. 6 radishes, thinly sliced

  8. 1 cup alfalfa or radish sprouts
