    2. Try it with grilled chicken or a juicy steak at dinner time, or serve it with sandwiches for lunch.

    3. Yield: 4 Servings Preparation Time: About 7 Minutes Salt Snipped Chives Or Watercress Sprigs (Optional) Pit and peel the avocado, then cut into chunks.
