  1. Dressing Mix

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Oil

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Vinegar

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Light soy sauce (to 3)

  6. Salad

  7. 1 Broccoli slaw

  8. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Sunflower seeds

  9. 1 Water chestnuts drain

  10. Bean sprouts or bamboo shoots - optional

  11. The Finish

  12. 2 Ramen noodles

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together, but don't put on salad until ready to use.

  2. Mix salad ingredients together.

  3. When ready to serve, pour dressing over all, and crush 2 bags of ramen noodles over the salad (don't use packets enclosed).

  4. Mix and serve.
