  1. 6 chicken breasts

  2. 3 packages brocolli spears

  3. 3 cans cream chicken soup

  4. 1/2 C. mayonnaise

  5. 1/3 C. sautern

  6. 1/4 Tbl. lemon juice

  7. 3/4 Teacurry

  8. 3/4 C. corn flakes or bread crumbs

  9. 1 C. alivered almond s

  10. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Mix together and set aside:

  2. cans of chicken soup 1 1/2 C mayonniise 1/3 C. sauterne 1 1/4 T. lemon juice 3/4 Tea. curry salt and pepper to taste Use one cup of sautern, pour over chicken breasts. Poach on low for one hour.Bone and remove skins. Tear into bite size pieces.

  3. On shallow glass pan place borcolli then chicken pieces. Cover with sauce then crumbs and almonds. Bake at 350’ for one hour.

  4. Serve over white rice
