  1. 1/3 cup sesame seeds

  2. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  3. 1 egg white

  4. 1/4 teaspoon Asian sesame oil

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb)

  7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  8. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  1. Preparation : Mix sesame seeds and flour. Beat egg white with sesame oil and salt. Dip chicken breasts into egg white, letting excess drip off; coat with sesame seed mixture. Heat oil and butter in 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
