  5. 1 Clove garlic minced

  6. 1 t Grated orange peel

  7. 1 t Olive oil

  8. 1/2 ts Honey

  9. 1/8 ts Crushed red pepper

  10. 1 Ripe large mango or medium

  11. Papaya

  12. 12 c Washed and torn fresh

  13. Spinach leaves

  14. 1/2 c Crumbled feta cheese

  15. Orange Chili Glazed Shrimp

  16. 1/2 c Orange juice

  17. 4 Cloves garlic minced

  18. 1 t Chili powder

  19. 8 oz Raw large shrimp peeled

  20. And deveined

  1. Heat small Nonstick skillet over medium heat. Addsesame seeds and cook, stirring often about 4 minutesor until golden. Pour into small bowl. Add orangejuice, vinegar, garlic, orange peel, oil, honey andred pepper; stir to combine. Set aside. Peel mango orpapaya. Cut away from pit ; cut into cubes or slices.

  2. Discard tough stems from spinach leaves. Place inlarge bowl and toss with dressing. Top with mango ,cheese and shrimp. Shrimp combine juice, garlic andchili powder in large Nonstick skillet. Bring to boiland boil 3 minutes until mixture just coats bottom ofpan. Reduce heat to medium. Add shrimp; cook and stir2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and juice mixturecoats shrimp.
