  1. 1 (1 1/4 pound) slice ham steak

  2. 1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

  3. 1 (16 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained

  4. 2 tablespoons maple syrup, divided

  5. 2 tablespoons apricot jam or preserves

  6. 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard

  7. Hot cooked Brussels sprouts

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Position oven rack about 4 inches from heat source.

  3. Place ham in shallow pan.

  4. Surround with peaches and sweet potatoes; drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.

  5. Broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

  6. Meanwhile, heat combined jam and mustard in microwave or in saucepan on rangetop until jam is melted; stir until well blended.

  7. Turn ham, peaches and sweet potatoes over; brush ham with jam mixture.

  8. Drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup.

  9. Continue broiling 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated
