  1. 2 large potatoes -- sliced

  2. 2 medium carrots -- sliced, up to

  3. 3 1 16 ounce can peas -- well drained

  4. 3 medium onions -- sliced

  5. 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef -- browned

  6. 2 stalks celery -- sliced

  7. 1 10 ounce can tomato soup

  8. 1 10 ounce can water

  1. Preparation : Place layers of vegetables in the order given in CROCK-POT. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour into CROCK-POT. Cover and set on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally).
